Starting in August, we began hosting a monthly acoustic collaboration every 2nd Monday in the lounge. A rotating bank of local musicians, strings, reeds, keys and percussion will highlight a favorite folk and Americana artist each month. Audience members are encouraged to sing-a-long, play-a-long, or drink-a-long with the music. Send in any suggestions for albums or artists you'd like to see represented in the coming months. Consider having our two excellent leaders, Jamie Blanton and Walt Jones back you for a couple of songs.
For October, Jamie and Walt will will be jamming with local songwriters Steve Smith and Zach Suede.
