Bone Yard of Brass is an internationally performing funky brass band from Huntsville, Alabama. This New Orleans-inspired brass band has one major twist: no trumpets and no saxophones. Just a wall of trombones, an E-flat helicon, and drums. BYOB has the soul of a second-line band and absolutely no interest in behaving like one.

A few things to know before attending a BYOB show. First, we blend funk, rock, jazz, Latin, and pop into something that sounds distinctly our own. Second, we've built everything around low brass and rhythm, creating a sound that can go from smooth and soulful to completely unhinged in a matter of seconds. Finally, the music you'll hear was arranged or written by members of the band. Every tune tells a story drawn from real experiences, wrapped in grooves, second-line energy, and enough brass to make questionable decisions seem reasonable.

So come hear what happens when a bunch of trombones decide to start a party. Bring your friends. Bring your enemies. Bring that one person who insists they don't like brass bands. We have a proven track record of changing minds.
